In order to renew your license,
You will need the following:

• Renewal Fee of $175 for Licensure and $125.00 for all Permits (if renewing after March 15th a $10 late fee will be assessed);

• 2.0CEU hours received within the last 12 month cycle or documentation of applicant adhering to the RID Certificate Maintenance Program; and
